Job Summary:

**** Proven experience in handling door-to-door sales teams, whether in pest control, roofing, home alarms, or solar.

As the Alarm Door-to-Door Sales Manager at ADT, partnered with Renewables Hub, you will lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales agents promoting and selling our home security and automation solutions. You will be responsible for driving team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in sales and team management, particularly in door-to-door settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales agents.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous development and motivation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to agents.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers alongside your team.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to support your team in closing sales.
  • Perform in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable security solutions.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and documentation to senior management.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Coordinate with Renewables Hub to integrate and promote energy-efficient products alongside security solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $655,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Benefits:

Weekly day range:

  • Weekends as needed
