Job Summary:
**** Proven experience in handling door-to-door sales teams, whether in pest control, roofing, home alarms, or solar.
As the Alarm Door-to-Door Sales Manager at ADT, partnered with Renewables Hub, you will lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales agents promoting and selling our home security and automation solutions. You will be responsible for driving team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in sales and team management, particularly in door-to-door settings.
