Summary:

The Technology and Automation Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our Learning and Development, Talent Management, Inclusive Diversity & Belonging (IDB), and Organizational Development & Effectiveness (collectively referred to as the TM/IDB Department) initiatives. By leveraging data-driven insights and efficient automation processes, this role will support strategic goals and foster cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, creating, and maintaining dashboards, automating workflows, providing LMS and talent system support, and maintaining in-house assessments such as 180 and 360 reviews.

Responsibilities:
Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting:

  • Obtain and analyze data regarding TM/IDB efforts, using these insights to tell our team’s story with data and critically reflect on how to demonstrate and amplify our impact on the organization.
  • Use statistical methods to identify trends and insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI, DAX and PowerQuery M language, or manual methods if required, to visualize progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders at all levels. Provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and manage in-house assessments such as 180 and 360 reviews, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively utilized.

Workflow Automation:

  • Implement and manage automation processes using PowerAutomate to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Design and optimize automation workflows for various processes within the department.
  • Utilize SharePoint lists and MS Forms for effective data collection, management, and process automation.
  • Automate transfer of data from non-Microsoft systems such as Oracle Cloud HCM.

LMS & Talent System Backup Support:

  • Provide backup support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and other talent systems to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
  • Author new and update existing reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues as needed.

Skills/Capabilities:

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong ability to author and analyze reports and build dashboards that are informative, simple, and intuitive.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI (including DAX and PowerQuery M), PowerAutomate, SharePoint, MS Forms, and similar tools.

Critical Thinker:

  • Ability to think strategically about enterprise systems and their impact on organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing human capital data to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience developing approaches to communicate product enhancements and changes to a broad audience in a way that supports understanding and adoption.
  • Experience with OTBI and Oracle HCM’s Learning Management and Talent Management System are a bonus.

Ideally this position will be based out of ADT's Corporate HQ in Irving, TX and will follow a hybrid model (employees must be in the office a minimum of three days per week). Alternative location(s): Boca Raton, FL.
