Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. About this role: Service Coordinators work to maximize resources including services and funding to benefit the client, families, teams, and agency. You will be responsible for monitoring/auditing information for clinical and contract compliance as well as collaboration with clients, team members, and community partners.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, You will work Monday - Friday and have the opportunity for flexible scheduling. Work location to be determined based on business needs.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Proficient with technology including the utilization of Electronic Medical Records, navigating web-based programs, use of Excel and Word.
• Manage insurance and payor sources
• Monitor compliance and processing of CANS & ANSA assessments
• Monitor compliance and development of Treatment Plans
• Manage referrals for services to support numerous contracted programs
• Manage MRO Service Packages, Self-Pay packages, and Authorizations including various funding sources
• Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships that serve the best interest of our clients and our organization
• Audit and Monitor for clinical and contractual compliance
• Participate in management of BPHC program/requirements
• Complete prior authorizations on behalf of our consumers
• Provide technical support to staff with navigation of our Electronic Medical Record

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related behavioral health field
• Two years of work-related experience
• Clinical experience in either a support or direct care role in the field of behavioral health.
• Based on team assignment; must maintain valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
