WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Setup/operate plastic and metal powder based 3D printers
• Daily maintenance/cleaning of equipment and work area
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Perform quality control both during and at completion of the manufacturing process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years of experience in 3D printing (preferably mjf, fdm, sla)
• 2 years experience in binder jetting metal 3D printing (Desktop Metal Shop System)
• Experienced with navigating a CAD model to measure dimensions
• Familiarity with various alloys, metals, plastics, etc.
• Ability to take ownership of set-up and operation process from start to finish
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with CAD modeling
• Experience with Materialized Magics
• Sintering Furnace experience
• Sintering simulation software experience (preferably Live Sinter by Desktop Metal)
• 3D scanning experience
• Reverse engineering from scanned models utilizing Geomagics software

US Hourly Range
$32 - $40 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
