Job Description

• Service, Repair and Install various commercial HVAC systems
• Provide world class customer service
• Complete paperwork in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Arrive on time to all jobs and do so with a positive attitude
• Attend company meetings as required
• Adhere to all safety and company policies

Job requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial HVACR
• EPA Certification and OSHA-10
• A clean driving record
• Attention to detail
• Goal oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-call nights and weekend hours (rotating weekly basis)
• Journeyman refrigeration license in either MA or RI or both
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience in DDC/BMS controls troubleshooting OR a willingness to learn

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform planned service on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
• Install parts in HVAC equipment
• Complete paperwork required and record hours / materials used
• Other duties as needed / required
• On-call overtime rotation
