Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Upsell products to increase revenue

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics, appliances, technology, or jewelry sales
- Proficiency in cash handling and working with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
