Advance Companies Inc is Hiring a Construction Project Manager (Northern) Near Fridley, MN

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the region north of the twin cities.
Position Overview:
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, estimating and has experience working with people at all levels.
  • A high level of verbal and written communication are required
  • Please do not apply if you don't have any general contracting/construction experience. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule construction and services for multiple projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Prepare accurate project reports and progress updates.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are being followed.
  • Manage and mentor project teams.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in general construction.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Experience managing budgets and timelines.
  • Experience dealing with trades.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
