We are seeking an experienced WebSphere Application Server Administrator to provide day-to-day full lifecycle support for Organization s Middle-tier applications.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide installation, hosting design and service deployment, on-site and remote administration, user support, performance monitoring and tuning, and capacity planning.
• Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and support of a large and complex distributed server environment.
• Provide a support in a team environment who are working in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to manage all our middle-tier software infrastructure both on-premises and within the external cloud, across all required environments (Dev/SIT/CAT/PROD), from provisioning through day-to-day operational support and decommissioning.
• Responsible for the management and support of all patching, certificate management, license management, regulatory compliance (PCI/SOC), automation, and general maintenance of supported servers.

Position Requirements

• Over Six (6) years of related professional experience working in a enterprise and complex distributed environment.
• Extensive experience supporting IMB WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WilfFly, Oracle Fusion Middle Tier (OFM), Apache HTTP, Kubernetes, IBM MQ, Kafka, Zookeeper, RedHat OpenShift, Docker and other containers.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Jython, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Neustar, and Splunk etc.
• Experience supporting tasks via ServiceNow application in accordance with the Change Management Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field is preferred
