Your work will be crucial to developing and maintaining a strong business-to-business strategy while supporting engagement with our consumer audiences. Implement Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the VP of brand & strategic partnerships to execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage and execute multiple programs, including social media, email campaigns, and other digital activations.
  • Focus on building engagement, awareness, and lead generation to drive sales revenue.
  • Provide marketing expertise to cross-functional teams, including creating media kits, case studies, and generating creative ideas.

Campaign Management:

  • Be tactical and well-versed in all aspects of campaign execution.
  • Determine key success metrics and analyze results to measure ROI.
  • Interpret campaign analytics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate campaign performance effectively to stakeholders.

Team Support and Supervision:

  • Provide expert guidance to support the work of your teammates.
  • Assist in supervising other members of the marketing team.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments.

Brand Continuity and Partnerships:

  • Establish and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Cultivate partnerships to enhance brand continuity.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline required.
  • 5 to 7 years relevant marketing experience required with an emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Experience with team collaboration.
  • Experience with email marketing required (HubSpot experience a bonus).
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and campaign management.
  • Experience with GA4 and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of audience identification and engagement practices; ability to identify meaningful customer segments and evaluate the feasibility of marketing efforts to these segments.
  • Experienced in using various media to effectively reach audiences (e.g., print, social media, mobile, email); ability to determine appropriate channels for the distribution of various products and services.
  • Understanding of competitors' strategies, products/services, product positioning and strengths/weaknesses.
  • Be a creative thinker, but also play a hands-on role to execute the details themselves.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of management and across departments.
  • Experience utilizing CRM software preferred.
