The Accounting Supervisor will supervise a small staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. They will assist the Director with general ledger reconciliations, month end, and oversight of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial and operational support
• Provide direction and supervise AR and AP team members
• Support internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets, and actual expenditures
• Month end close and reporting activities
• Support manufacturing variance analysis
• Assist management with preparing financial analysis or special projects
• Other responsibilities as needed

Required Skills

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years Accounting experience
• 1 year Supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Expert level Excel
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and data-manipulation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to seek resources as needed
• Business Central experience a plus
• Experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain a plus

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
