Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions Corp is Hiring a Lab Support Technician Near Thousand Oaks, CA
- Experience with general lab equipment and lab documentation requirements
- Self starter, shows initiative, comfortable working independently
- Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization
- Ability to flex and reprioritize as necessary
- Place necessary Maximo work orders for facility or equipment
- Complete Change Control EHSS submissions as necessary
- Participate in facility evaluations in support of MAC work orders
- Donate/salvage items from the labs upon request; unplug, decontaminate and complete SAM forms
- Label GLP, GCP drug product material and/or critical reagents when requested
- Decontaminate plate washer every 2 months and document on paper log
- Archive physical paper within the Research Archive (EPL) process according to SOPs when applicable (e.g., validation documents, CEMS forms and monthly trends, other items that come up)
- Act as liaison between lab staff and LAMP concierge for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Receipt and/or shipment of non-regulated biological samples, as needed
- Collection of pipettes and ensuring they are submitted for PM/Cal
- Communicate Out of Process to staff and close out with details from end users in the lab (Post Approval)
- Salvage pipettes
- Complete defrost maintenance and document in Maximo
- Manage controlled chambers inventory, locations, swing space
- Physically handling/lifting frozen sample boxes and racks with proper PPE
- First person notified for CEMS-24/7
- Respond to alarms (e.g., Inhibit, Disable, Enable, move of contents and document with proper CEMS forms)
- Communicate CEMS excursions to TS&BA, according to SOPDefrost maintenance and document in Maximo
- Manage controlled chambers inventory, locations, swing space
- Physically handling/lifting frozen sample boxes and racks with proper PPE
- First person notified for CEMS-24/7
- Respond to alarms (e.g., Inhibit, Disable, Enable, move of contents and document with proper CEMS forms)
- Communicate CEMS excursions to TS&BA, according to SOPDefrost maintenance and document in Maximo
- Manage controlled chambers inventory, locations, swing space
- Physically handling/lifting frozen sample boxes and racks with proper PPE
- First person notified for CEMS-24/7
- Respond to alarms (e.g., Inhibit, Disable, Enable, move of contents and document with proper CEMS forms)
- Communicate CEMS excursions to TS&BA, according to SOP
- Any degree higher than undergrad (Associate or BA/BS acceptable)
- Multiple job changes (need some commitment in this role due to training requirement)
- Rigid/schedule driven individuals won't be successful in this role
- Not willing to drive to campus outside business hours
- Unable to follow directions exactly
