Advanced Brain Monitoring Inc is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are looking for a long-term opportunity at a leading medical device company with great benefits and working environment! As a Manufacturing / Quality Control Technician Level 1 you will perform a wide variety of testing, repairing, and final assembling of printed circuit boards and other products.
Responsibilities
§ Performing functional and final testing on PCB’s received from vendors.
§ Final assembling of PCB with correct components and completing work orders in ERP.
§ Leads investigations on failed PCB’s and maintains accurate updated detailed records.
§ Communicate status and schedule to manufacturing management and regulatory upon request or as needed.
§ Enter data, analyze data, and identify trends in repairs.
§ Understands work instructions and can recognize errors in testing processes while performing existing processes.
§ Maintain quality system documentation for manufacturing procedures.
§ Helps update and write up work instructions as needed or assigned by either manufacturing management or regulatory.
§ Helps with assembly, kitting and final packaging of products.
§ Perform receiving inspection on incoming materials as needed.
§ Prepares Material Review Reports (MRR) and Manufacturing Process Update Reports (MPU) as needed.
§ Help with packaging up products for sales orders and hand off to shipping.
§ Properly record all hours worked and submit time and attendance documents as prescribed by company policy.
§ Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner and per the company’s health and safety policy.
§ Follow all company policies, processes, and procedures.
§ Performs any other related tasks and duties as directed by management.
Requirements
· Knowledge of PCBA level hardware troubleshooting.
· Ability to use Calipers, Rulers, Multimeter etc.
· Demonstrate desire to continually learn new skills and perform new tasks.
· May occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 50 pounds in weight.
· Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
· Working environment will be a mix between office and production depending on assigned task.
· Drug Test Required prior to employment.

Salary: $20-23 hour, based on experience
Hours: Flexible Schedule, 8 hours between 7am and 5pm, M-F, guaranteed 5 hours of OT per week.
