Our office is located at: 2117 N. Yellowood, Broken Arrow, OK 74012Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Previous inside sales, customer service, scheduling of production or purchasing experience in industrial or MFG environment.
- Previous experience in plastics or metal fabrication, machining injection molding industry a bonus.
- Technical or machine shop experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong customer service and proper phone etiquette is huge.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
