Advanced Equipment Sales (AES) is looking for an experienced and motivated Jobsite Foreman to support the scheduling and installation of our industrial recycling equipment and systems in the field. System components include balers, shredders, conveyors, material handling fans, and dust collectors. Each system we install is custom designed for the client’s application. The Foreman will supervise the daily activities of field crews to include riggers, millwrights and service technicians and ensure jobsite safety protocols are followed. You must possess excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and be able to represent the company with professionalism at all times. This is a travel position (local, regional and national).

What you’ll need for this position

• Strong mechanical aptitude and skills, including assembly, rigging, welding, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Two-years minimum experience in a supervisory role.
• Professionalism, diplomacy and tact.
• Strong communications skills, able to mentor and train employees in the shop and field.
• A current valid driver’s license with a good driving record of insurable quality required
• Willingness to travel to job sites a minimum of 75% of the time (primarily within the East Coast)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work overtime (OT), including some weekends as needed
