Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Advanced Green Insulation. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including HR management, managing HR information systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training. You will play an essential role in supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth HR operations within the company. Perform orientations and update records of new employees. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees. Maintain the departmental email account, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR management and HRIS
• Proficiency in benefits administration
• Ability to coordinate and conduct training sessions
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
• Language: Portuguese and English
