Job Description:
NewSkin is seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Barista for a self-service refreshment area within a medical spa / surgical center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk assistance and serving coffee to clients in a self-service environment. Candidates must possess a food handler's license and have the willingness to be cross trained in various tasks within the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients with a warm and welcoming attitude at the front desk of our welcome floor
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to clients in a self-service shop setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area for a pleasant client experience
- Assist clients in selecting and serving coffee options according to their preferences
- Ensure all food and beverage handling practices comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and support as needed
- Cross-train in other responsibilities within the center to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid food handler's license is required
- Previous experience in customer service or barista roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Flexibility to adapt to different roles and responsibilities within the medical spa surgical center
