Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions
- Perform sutures, wound care, and other minor procedures as needed
- Adhere to coding guidelines for accurate billing and reimbursement
- Provide nursing care in various settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, or home health environments

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of family planning, infection control, and nursing home regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
