We are seeking a Healthcare Staffing Account Mangager to join our team! You will be responsible for securing new accounts/contracts with Hospitals, surgery centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilites etc. for our healthcare staffing agency. The new contracts will them provide ongoing work for our medical staff

A healthcare account manager works as a liaison between the staffing company and a medical hospital or organization. The duties of someone in this sales position are to complete sales of services and undertake contract negotiations. To reach an agreement, a healthcare account manager will need to gain access and build a relationship with administrators, directors, executives and or medical staff.

Qualifications to become a healthcare account manager include a bachelor's degree, although some employers may accept applicants with sales and healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain new accounts/contracts from healthcare facilities which include but not limited to: hospitals, surgery centers , nursing homes, assisted living etc. for the placement of agency staff
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create marketing strategies to draw in new clients

• Previous experience in healthcare account management

• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
