Job Description
A busy physician practice is in search of an experienced Medical Assistant to become a part of our team!
You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly and to provide quality, efficient care to our patients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support doctors
- Perform clinical testing as needed.
- Perform vital signs and electrocardiograms, and assign patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team-player
Spanish-speaking and certified/nationally registered medical assistant is a PLUS.
Opportunities for advancement are available with the appropriate mastering of the office positions and demonstration of high quality and caring patient care.
