As a Real Estate Property Manager for Advanced Realty Group, you would oversee the entire operations and managerial tasks for 500 single family homes. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and transaction management of the teams’ property management transactions. The Real Estate Property Manager also include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Property Manager will complete a broad variety of tasks for the company including but not limited to the following as other duties may be assigned:

• Provide contract assistance to administrative support team and licensed leasing agents

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company, state, and federal policies and regulations

• Update MLS listing online and work with marketing to produce appropriate online presence, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials

• Attract and educate new tenants

• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment

• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

• Work with vendors to obtain bids to turn properties as they become vacant

Qualifications:

• Supervisory Experience

• Knowledge in Entrata property management software

• A valid NV Real Estate license and Property Manager permit

• 5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or related field a requirement

• High school diploma required
