Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and drive quality improvement initiatives, spearheading projects aimed at enhancing healthcare service delivery.

· Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and various medical facilities and providers, fostering collaborative relationships.

· Educate healthcare personnel on quality improvement methodologies, population health strategies, and innovative tools.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish robust quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

· Partner with healthcare professionals to craft evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care.

· Manage work schedules and staffing configurations to optimize teamwork and operational efficiency.

· Utilize proficient data analytics skills to interpret and analyze data, identifying areas for clinical improvement.

· Generate comprehensive reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives, utilizing insights to drive actionable strategies.

· Conduct meticulous audits of patient records, diagnostic reports, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

· Actively engage in business development and community outreach efforts to drive quality enhancement and revenue growth.

· Participate in staff and patient education initiatives, as well as marketing activities, to promote awareness and engagement.

· Monitor trends in quality performance data, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement and refinement.

· Uphold adherence to established procedures to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

· Demonstrate alignment with company philosophies, objectives, decisions, and policies, fostering a culture of excellence.

· Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and privacy laws, safeguarding sensitive information.

· Implement and optimize office procedures, including filing systems, correspondence formats, and document management protocols.

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach and resourcefulness.

· Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, such as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS).

· Clinical experience in a doctor's office, hospital, or related healthcare environment is a MUST.

· Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare data analytics tools is advantageous.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

· Versatility to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.

· Demonstrated experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a business setting, showcasing proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and presentation design to support quality improvement initiatives and facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Salary:

· $50,000 commensurate with experience
