SUMMARY:
Support Finance department with accounts payable, accounts receivable, categorizing of transactions, month and year end close procedures.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivable: Create invoices, statement of accounts, track and maintain outstanding balances
· Accounts Payable: Review, enter and process
· Assist in the completion of the month-end close process
· Help prepare companies monthly, quarterly and yearly budget to actuals
· Maintain NetSuite vendor files and documentation.
· Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and document
· Assist in preparation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
· Implement and support healthcare initiative projects.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
· File and retrieve documents and reference materials
· Liaise with internal staff at all levels
· Interact with physician members and external vendors
· Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
· Minimum three (3) years’ office environment with bookkeeping or accounting experience
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as NetSuite (or similar), and Microsoft Suite
· Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
· NetSuite experience considered an asset
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
· CPA designation in progress, is a plus
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to visitors, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to think critically and objectively and unbiased. Quickly learn/adapt to healthcare industry standards, codes, data, and business practices.
Other Skills and Abilities:
High accuracy and extreme confidentiality a MUST. Highly detail-oriented and must possess a very high degree of organization.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will have a combination of standing, sitting, bending, and reaching. May work at a computer monitors for prolonged periods. The employee may lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Salary:
$65,750 commensurate with experience
