The Advanced Math and Science Academy is seeking qualified applicants for its vacant (winter) JV Girls Basketballcoaching position. AMSA (grades 6-12) is a District 2 member of the MIAA and the Colonial Athletic League. The job willconsist of helping to lead the school's successful Girls’ Basketball program. Duties will include, but are not limited to:practice planning, athlete development, overseeing and instructing during practices, coaching both Middle School;High School-aged student-athletes, assisting with the varsity team, helping to efficiently oversee the entire program, andhelping the Athletic Department staff uphold and instill the AMSA Mission Statement as it pertains to athletics.Interested applicants should send resume, cover letter and contact information of references to Athletic Director PeteJones at pjones@amsacs.org.Bachelor's Degree along with significant playing and coaching experience strongly desired.
