Primary Responsibilities:

In this sole position as the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering the art of payroll, ensuring team members are compensated accurately and on time.
  • Championing recruitment efforts, attracting top talent who share our commitment to excellence and compassion.
  • Orchestrating the hiring process from start to finish, welcoming new team members with a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Administering benefits packages, LOA, ADA processes and Worker’s Compensation
  • Providing consultation and guidance to employees and their supervisors, fostering a culture of support, growth, and success.
  • Keeping us in check with all local, state, and federal HR laws.

We know planning for your future is important, too. As a full-time employee you may defer part of your compensation to our 401(k) Plan at one year of employment. If you contribute up to 3%, we match your deferral at 100%. If you defer between 3% and 5%, we match your deferral at 50%.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or two-year degree
  • Minimum two years of experience in your field
  • LMFT, LCMHC, OT, COTA, PT, PTA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, ST Licensure/Certifications preferred
  • Experience with Paycom or other HRIS system preferred
