Advanced Physical Medicine is looking for a candidate to help assist in patient care, modality treatment and some front desk duties. You will work with a team that includes a DC,MD, LPT, PTA and MA(s). We are a multi-disciplinary office and we help care for patients who are involved in Auto Accidents, Work Injuries and/or Slip and Fall injuries.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Setting up patients on modalities (EMS, Traction, Ultra sound, thera ex. ect.)
• Organization of patient files and records
• Scheduling Appointments / Referrals
• Answering phones
• Checking Messages
• Appointment reminders
• Maintaining the front desk/clinic
• Keeping track and Managing Patient's treatment plan

We are looking for an individual who is self motivated and responsible. We want an individual who is looking for long term commitment and growth with the company.

Hours:

Mondays: 9am-6pm

Thurs. & Fri: 1pm-5pm

Saturdays: 8am-3pm

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
