Advanced Professional Cleaning is seeking a reliable and responsible cleaner looking for supplemental income. This position requires the general cleaning of a Dental Office twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday Only) Starting time is 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Experience is preferred but not necessary as long as you are professional, a fast learner, can follow direction easily, and independently clean without supervision, as well as be accountable for your responsibilities.

One week of training is provided. Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, this position is responsible for the general cleaning.

Duties:

• Complete Task Schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Trash Removal
• Dusting Blinds
• Mopping
• Vacuuming (Back-Pack Vacuum)
• Wipe Down Glass
• High/Low Dusting
• Baseboards
• Wipe Down Countertops/Desks/Chairs/Sinks
• Replenishing Paper/Soap Products
• Follow-up once a week with customer

Salary:

• Starting at $18.00 - $20.00

Work Experience/ Skills Required:

• English Fluent
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• 1 Year of Cleaning Experience (ideal but not mandatory)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude & takes pride in your work.
• Punctual, consistent, reliable, & trustworthy (Must have a vehicle, License, clean driving record & able to pass a background check)
• Ability to work alone or in a team.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a physically demanding job with some heavy manual work.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment & machinery.
