Advanced Recruiting Partners is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Marietta, GA

Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Quality Assurance department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of contract management processes within the company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time, 4 month contract position.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of documents, including agreements, amendments, and addendums.
  • Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and deadlines to ensure timely actions and proactively alert relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments related to contracts, and prepare necessary documentation and materials.
  • Assist in maintaining strong working relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, partners, and customers, regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
  • Support the contracts team in conducting research and gathering information on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize contract processes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a contracts or legal department, within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
