Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate QA (Registered Nurse or LVN) to join our healthcare team. As a QA Nurse, you will be responsible for reporting directly to the DON, completeing clinical rounding, reviewing clinical charts, reviewing care plans, Admission paper work, diagnosis, providing exceptional patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Duties: - Assessing and evaluating patient health conditions - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans - Reporting directly to DON and Consultants - Supervising and delegating tasks to other healthcare team members - Providing emotional support to patients and their families - Educating patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques - Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality - Conducting documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards
