Key Responsibilities

* Design, estimating, engineering and permitting

* Review contract requirements, existing engineering drawing, roof reports and other technical reports to ensure proper system design meets code and client requirements

* Work with sales rep to develop job estimates, perform site take offs, get vendor and subcontractor quotes as needed

* Work with Construction managers to review design requirements and plan for construction and installation

* Submission and Coordination for Permits/Engineering Drawings as needed

* Work with suppliers to develop price lists and negotiate prices

* Perform procurement for all materials and equipment's

* Coordinate shipments and stocking of inventory as needed

* Develop and send out bid requests to engineers and subcontractors

* Oversee al installation efforts and provide direction for Construction Managers to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget

* Assume additional responsibilities as directed

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or extensive experience in Commercial HVAC Industry preferred

Experience

* Over 4 years in the HVAC Industry with technical hands-on experience

* 2 plus years of project management experience preferred

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 18 years of age

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

* Ability to use AutoCAD

* Detail oriented and extremely organized
