Job Opportunity: Geotechnical Engineer

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Position: Geotechnical Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time (40-60 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement earth shoring and deep foundation solutions.
  • Provide geotechnical analysis and recommendations for various projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review and stamp engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong background in geotechnical engineering.
  • Experience with earth shoring and deep foundation projects preferred.
  • Ability to stamp and approve engineering designs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the state.
