Hybrid contract - 3 days onsite in South San Francisco and 2 days remote.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, aligning processes with business objectives.
• Evaluate existing IT systems and propose enhancements or new systems to meet business needs.
• Work with development teams to design system solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all changes and enhancements to systems.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of IT programs, ensuring they are completed on time, and within scope.
• Track program performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on program status, progress, and outcomes.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems into existing business processes.
• Ensure compatibility and seamless operation between new and legacy systems.
• Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Skills required:

BA skills with a PM experience as well. Self starter.

RPA UiPath or AI/ML experience. Knowledge of Low code/ no code platform are required.
