Broadband Fiber Internet Installer

Location: Suffolk Virginia and surrounding areas.

Comp: $60,000-$110,000 per year

We are seeking talented and experienced Broadband Internet Installers, as well as new technicians needing training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in broadband internet installation and a strong understanding of light construction work and the ability to learn telecom best-practices. This person must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Applicant must have their own truck, van or SUV able to haul around install related equipment.

- Ability to pass a background check

- Ability to pass onboarding drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure fiber internet equipment, including Modems and ONT devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve broadband internet connectivity issues
• Provide customer service and support for broadband internet services
• Prepare and maintain installation records, reports, and other documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
