Job Description
- Implementing a well-structured incentive scheme aligned with the company's strategy is crucial for driving performance
- Communication of the incentive scheme and providing user-friendly tools empower sales teams to understand and maximize their incentives effectively, fostering motivation and accountability
- Analyze the relationship between incentive payouts and business performance, forecast sales performance by elements, and simulate incentive budget spending
- Build up a dashboard for individual incentive payout and performance by elements
- Sync data sources on revenue and margin from the analysis and pricing teams to calculate incentive performance
- Understand enterprise products and coordinate with the analysis and product teams to verify the accuracy of product masters before generating performance reports
- Prepare sales targets by elements for individual sellers and review the proper allocation of targets in cases of employee transfers or resignations
- Coordinate with the working teams for automating the processing of large data sources to reduce manual work and minimize the calculating error.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Financial, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience (2 years) in marketing, financial or business development
- Proficiency in analytic tools and software (e.g., Power BI or Tableau or the other data tools related)
- Strong data analysis and strategic thinking (basic understanding of telecom products, services, and technologies)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English would be advantage.
