This role will be tasked with learning and developing the skills of all production team duties. We are looking for someone that will bring commitment, strong work ethic, and a great attitude every day. Team culture is very important in this role.
Key Responsibilities of Production Personnel:
- Work with production team to meet quotas and goals
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- Observe all safety guidelines
- Bottling and filling finished product
- Pulling and complete packing tasks
- Working the finishing station
- Developing into the compounding role
- Perform product quality testing
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years' experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
- Must be available for occasional overtime
- Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Able to operate large industrial machinery
- Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Schedule 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday
- 22.00 Dollars Per Hour
