OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Manager to join our team and support our corporate functions and leadership . The Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services to our corporate headquarters , ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall business outcomes .
Key Responsibilities
  • HR Partnership:
  • Leverage business acumen to partner with business and functional leaders . Act as a partner to leaders hip , advising on HR-related issues, including talent management, organizational development, and change management. Actively coach leaders to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with enterprise-wide objectives .
  • Talent Management & Development :
  • Supporting leaders in proactively assessing, identifying , acquiring ,
and developing the talent required to execute business strategy .
  • Support employee development through performance management, individual development planning , and leadership succession planning.
  • Coach people managers on the effective, rigorous, and honest use of development and assessment tools and processes .
  • Drive Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Us e business knowledge, data, analytics and insight to design and implement HR strategies that align with and enable business strategies .
  • Proactively assess and manag e the organization’s peo ple costs and talent quality to deliver competitive advantage for the company .
  • Le verage project management to lead talent related initiatives around onboarding , communication and change management programs.
  • Using business knowledge, analytics and insight to design and implement HR strategies that align with and support business strategies
  • Leveraging business acumen to partner with business leaders more effectively than the competition
  • Performance Management:
  • Partner with people managers to ensure execution of performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Play an active role in s upport ing managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Use data to help leaders make people decisions based on data.
  • Monitor , analyze and report on people metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing workplace issues proactively.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field required .
  • 7 years of HR experience required . Experience supporting corporate function s highly desired.

  • Business and Talent Linkage: Proven ability to understand and promote the connection between business operational objectives , initiatives, and people- focused activities .
  • Curiosity: A curious personality who asks questions that add value to discussions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and employees at all levels and influence others effectively to drive strategic initiatives and tactical actions to implement.
  • Change agent: Strong passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and drive execution within a matrixed organization.
  • HR Functional Excellence : Proven experience in performance management, talent development and making data-based decisions ; s trong knowledge of labor laws and human resources best practices.
  • Technology & Data A cumen: Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with using data to understand organizational performance (such as turnover and hiring trends)
