This role is geared to train, answer questions and resolve problems. Duties include implementing and maintainingPrism and related system configurations. Providing assistance concerning all platforms and the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and various operating systems.
Support phone systems and other technology in the office.
Education: Associate's preferred, but lesser degree and/or combination of experience will be considered depending upon background and qualifications.
Experience:2 years of related experience is preferred, but not required. A minimum of 2 years in Prism administration/configuration is preferred. Previous experience with AdvanStaff will be considered, including entry level or service in unrelated departments.
Internal - Second level support and maintenance of internal administrative functions for delivering features and product offerings. In addition, availability to support IT with hardware and software installations and troubleshooting.
External - Individual willbe a liaison or trainer for our specific technologyproducts in accordance to processes and procedures. Primarily Prism, CRM’s and ancillary or integrated products.
Tasks and Responsibilities -Support, configure and maintainplatforms and systems and develop training materials and procedures for designated platforms.
