Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, including research, document review, and drafting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
- Review and analyze documents for litigation preparation
- Compile and organize case materials
Experience:
- Prior experience in legal research and writing
- Proficiency in conducting document review and analysis
- Strong analytical skills to assist in case preparation
- Knowledge of Westlaw or other legal research tools is preferred
