The Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk position is a customer service oriented position, with a significant emphasis on daily personal interaction. This empowering role offers room to grow and delivers experience in all aspects of business. Business functions include, but are not limited to accounting, finance, human resources, and operations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the doctors in daily business functions
• Ongoing patient interaction
• Individual therapy education (No previous medical training is necessary)
• Managing phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Administrative support of all marketing initiatives

Requirements of the Job:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Reliable work schedule
• Exceptional communicative skills with a diverse cliental
• Open and excited to learn new skills
• Accountability and trustworthiness

Hours

• ~32 hours per week (Mondays 9:30am- 6:30pm; Tuesdays 6:15am-12pm; Wednesdays 7:15am-6:30pm; Thursdays 9:30am-5:30pm; occasional Fridays and weekends depending on events and/or meetings)
• Must be willing to travel locally
• Drivers license and reliable transportation a must

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
