Job Responsibilities

• Quote and bind homeowners insurance policies.
• Respond to all client communications in a timely manner via phone or email.
• Prioritize and bring successful resolution to all outstanding items (quotes, signatures for application, delivery of newly bound policies, etc).
• Process policy endorsements and changes.
• Communicate with insureds about renewals, policy changes, etc.
• Update agency management system to ensure accurate, current client information.
• Will consider captive insurance experience for the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Preferred Skills

• License: Property & Casualty (FL)
• Areas of Expertise: Policy Administration, Flood / Wind / Hail, Homeowners & Renters, Personal Liability / Personal Umbrella, Policy Review
• Management & Rating Systems: Zywave – will train (if needed)
• Computer Skills: MS Outlook, DocuSign, MS Excel
• Languages: English
