Key Responsibilities

• Record detailed patient medical histories.
• Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and side effects of medication.
• Maintain patient charts while observing fluid intake and output.
• Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating and bathing.
• Administer medications, injections, and basic medical care.
• Provide emotional and psychological support as needed.

No prior pediatric or private duty nursing experience is required.
