Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/yr.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Director of National Sales responsibilities:

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Oversees advertising and promotion activities.
• Recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
• Achieves profit/loss ratios and market share targets.
• Ensures effective control and corrective actions for marketing results within budgets.
• Oversees market research and adjusts strategies accordingly.
• Monitors competitor products and activities.
• Establishes relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
• Prepares and presents marketing activity reports to executive management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and New Product Development with managerial responsibilities
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
