Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Oversees advertising and promotion activities.
Recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
Achieves profit/loss ratios and market share targets.
Ensures effective control and corrective actions for marketing results within budgets.
Oversees market research and adjusts strategies accordingly.
Monitors competitor products and activities.
Establishes relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
Prepares and presents marketing activity reports to executive management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and New Product Development with managerial responsibilities
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
