Responsibilities:

• Utilize our ERP system proficiently for order processing and inventory functions.
• Demonstrate expertise in hose assembly, gaskets, and related products.
• Assist customers with inquiries, quotations, and purchases, ensuring exceptional service.
• Efficiently process sales transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, with keen attention to inventory levels.
• Provide support to outside sales initiatives and cater to customer-specific needs.
• Keep detailed customer records and resolve inquiries promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and technical sales processes.
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Punctuality and reliability in delivering exceptional service.
