Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour
Schedule: Day shift from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for schedule variations based on project needs.
As a Painter, your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings.
- Preparing products for finishing, including sanding, masking, and scuffing.
- Priming, mixing custom stain blends, and applying various finish products.
- Finish painting using a range of techniques and materials.
- Prior painting experience is essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Respectful, observant, and conscientious work ethic.
- Ability to work steadily with or without supervision.
