Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support our facility in Cockeysville, MD

Responsibilities:

· Reviewing, copying, distributing, monitoring, maintaining files and generating booking files on all customer contracts (includes correspondence, amendment/modification requests, submission of data items, etc.) and proposals.

· Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system, requests for information, audits, etc.).

· Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with prime contract customers autonomously.

· Reviewing, preparing, submitting and maintaining all confidentiality agreements for Saft America Inc. Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses.

Requirements:

Education: BS in Business/Contract Administration or 5 years equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contract Administration or related similar experience.

Specific Knowledge and Skills: Communication, organization, motivation, interpersonal, initiative, independence, confidence, learning mindset. Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR.
