Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm (with some flexibility)
Overview:We are seeking an experienced Solidworks CAD Drafter for a temporary position to join our engineering team. In this role, you will create parts, assemblies, and drawings in Solidworks (2021), upload all CAD files into PDM, and prepare DCOs for review, approval, and release. You will collaborate closely with our mechanical, manufacturing, and electrical engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part modeling in Solidworks
- Assembly modeling in Solidworks
- BoM creation on assembly drawings
- Specification sheet preparation
- Drawing creation in Solidworks
- Cable drawing creation in Solidworks
- Expertise in Solidworks, capable of delivering high-quality drawings quickly
- Solidworks PDM experience, including data card management
- Collaborative working style
- Arena experience is a plus
