Job Title: Test Engineering Technician

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Are you passionate about testing the latest electronic devices? Join our clients' team as a Test Engineering Technician! You'll work with tablets, phones, computers, LED electronics, and more, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe operations and report any unsafe practices.
• Support production and maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Analyze engineering data to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate and improve current production processes.
• Develop and maintain operating instructions and equipment specs.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools.
• Repair the bad tools or jigs from production lines and return ASAP
• Calibrate/Audit/GRR all needed stations
• Report tools and jigs failure analysis and solution
• Make up purchase plan about tools and jigs spare parts.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or similar required
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, direct, and delegate tasks.
• Organizational and administrative skills.

Certifications:

• Certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
