- Must be proficient in Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Training Hours | Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
The main role of this Operations Support Specialist is to coordinate inquiries and status orders for the customer support team.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Collaborate with other operation departments.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Receive, track, and update customer requests.
- Follow-up on customer requests.
- Order audits to verify the accuracy of orders by the manufacturing team.
- Run reports and metric tracking.
