Advantex Professional Services is Hiring an Accounting Specialist Near Las Vegas, NV
We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for our client located in Las Vegas.
This is a direct hire position and will be handling the AP and AR functions.
Pay up to $25 per hour. Position will be working onsite.
Accounts Specialist Duties:
- Will be handling the AP and AR functions
- Process invoices and coding to the GL
- Handle the vendor management
- Check runs, research and discrepancies
- Handling the billing/invoices
- Posting payments and handling reconciliations
- Deposits
- Responsible for collections
Accounting Specialist Requirements
- AA in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2 years of AP and AR experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
