Advantex Professional Services is Hiring a Junior Staff Accountant Near Irvine, CA
We are currently seeking a Junior Staff Accountant for our client located in South Orange County. This position will move to hybrid once up and trained.
$60,000 to $70,000
Junior Staff Accountant Duties:
- Position will be responsible for handling high volume payments and transactions
- Enter high volume of invoices and PO's (100 daily) into the system
- Process payments, ACH/wires transfers and vendor management
- Handle the daily cash reconciliations, deposit checks, cash applications and light collections
- Assist with the monthly journal entries and reconciliations
- Handle accruals and capital assets
- Assist in preparing and distributing the revenue and expenditure reports
Staff Accountant Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accurate
- QuickBooks
