*Hybrid Role: 4 days a week in our beautiful Dallas Galleria location; 1 day a week working from home.

The HR Generalist performs tasks to administer day-to-day office functions, onboarding and offboarding, employee record-keeping, compensation, employee engagement, and policies regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required
• A minimum of 1-year experience in an HR-related role
• Driven, self-starter; takes initiative
• Flexible response to changes in organizational requirements
• Experience interpreting, analyzing, and presenting data
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and good judgment
• Ability to be diplomatic and tactfully handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to execute projects
• Capable of handling multiple projects and working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Working knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Essential Job Functions

• Consult with management to provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department
• Conduct onboarding and orientation processes
• Execute offboarding administrative functions
• Process employee status changes and maintain up-to-date employee records
• Track compensation changes and maintain up-to-date compensation records
• Manage company PTO program and expense reimbursements
• Maintain Internal Employee Handbook and compliant onboarding documentation
• Partner with leadership in implementing culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on HR regulatory updates and changes; compile and analyze regulatory data and information
• Manage facility administrative functions including maintenance requests, kitchen upkeep, mail, parking, supplies, food and beverage orders, etc.
• Special projects as assigned
